Rotogravure Printing Machine
This comprises pneumatically operated impression roll with both side adjustment and a printing cylinder shaft fixed on anti-friction bearing housing. To maintain constant ink level with continuous circulation, the ink pump is positively driven by precision gear box and double reservoir ink tray. Pneumatically operated doctor blade assembly ensures equal pressure at all printing stations for optimum quality, with forward and reverse printing facility.
Unwind Station
Our machine includes an Unwind station with shaft and Electronic Dyna Speed Tension Control. This station also has a web guide system with check nut and side movement systems for smooth operation.
Rewind Station
For mounting of the cardboard core, the machine uses an alloy steel shaft fitted with tapered CI cones. The shaft rests on a ball bearing assembly for smooth rotation and easy handling. A friction type clutch is provided to control the tension of different materials, ensuring perfect and tight rewinding.
Drying Unit
The drying unit has a heavy-duty blower of 1 HP capacity with 6 kW heater boxes. Hot air is blown from multiple positions to ensure inter-color and complete drying of inks at all speeds. The chamber is insulated with glass wool for efficient heat retention.
Register Control
The machine assures fine registration of multi-color printing at all speeds. It is equipped with cross and lengthwise registration devices, adjustable while the machine is running.
