Salient Features Programmes
The storage capacity is 99 programmes, and each programme can store up to 99 cuts. Accuracy: 0.01 mm / 0.001 inch. Conversion between mm and inch is possible. The programme controls the back-gauge with double speed. A 1:6 ratio motor ensures accurate clutch brake system performance.
Back Gauge Accuracy
Control through upper moving system Perfecta (Seypa) Type. The screw runs on ball bearings, and the back-gauge guide moves on a ground pillar.
Drive Gear Box
Worm gear drive with ground worm needs less power than conventional drives. The gears run in an oil bath for durability.
